About the Program

Leadership With Soul mixes classic skills training with a modern understanding of the individual.  Skills building curriculum focuses on the what of leadership, including:

  • Strategy and critical thinking

  • Insight-driven decision making

  • Managing change

  • Effective collaboration and communication

But of course its the behaviors and mindsets we explore that will address the why questions related to:

·      Personal authenticity

·      Resilience in the face of change

·      Curiosity and innovation

·      Commitment and reliability

This program is ideal for:

Emerging to mid-level leaders who are responsible for creating value for their organizations.  The program is intentionally category neutral, focusing on leadership across industries and sectors, but is especially valuable in environments undergoing dynamic change.
