Elizabeth is an innovator and strategist with a mission to deliver growth with soul.  Today, she advises C-suite clients facing critical moments in their company lifecycle. In times where the old playbook and typical consulting frameworks miss the mark, Elizabeth addresses new leadership, talent erosion, revenue slippage and cultural disruption.

Over her twenty-year career, Elizabeth has created $2 billion dollars in new value through new experiences, products and whole new business models for everyone from Pfizer to Disney, American Express to Google, the Democratic National Committee to Project (RED).  She was Innovation Practice Lead for ?What If! Innovation (now part of Accenture) and lead strategist at Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve where she wrote the Notes From the Future series.  She trained as a consumer strategist at agency giants Grey, McCann-Erickson and Young & Rubicam where she learned marketing best practices from clients including Procter & Gamble, Verizon, Citi, Unilever and more. 

Most recently, as a division President at Material and as CEO, Europe, for ?What If!, Elizabeth has focused on change management and cultural transformation in fast-growth professional service environments. This includes purpose and culture transformation, talent-centric operational alignment, leadership development and DEIE programming.
